We work hard to ensure that the items we ship are very well made.

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase date. A completed return form must be mailed in with returned items. Do NOT attempt to return items if the above criteria is not met. We will be unable to process your return, and item(s) will be returned to sender.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty items to hello@casitasupply.com.
